This 60-minute in-person session includes a 15 to 20-minute energy consultation where we dive into your specific desires for healing and expansion. Based on this consultation, I curate a body grid layout using specific crystals to address your desires. For the remainder of the session, you will lie down with the crystal body grid while I guide you through a meditative practice to consciously connect and tune with the crystal energy. I recommend you repeat this meditation at home anytime you want to shift your energy back to the same state as in our session. I also provide you with crystal-structured water afterward to drink for the next 24 hours. This crystal-structured water hydrates your body with the coherent, stable vibration of crystals. This session is recorded so you can replay the meditation at home! It's OK if you don't have the crystals. Once your body acclimates to a vibrational state once, it is easier to do it a second time, and a third, and so on. The crystals are there to support you in the initial shift to the new frequency state and can be used again if needed, though not required.
