Who holds the raffle money?
All our funds are held by The Gift Trust - a philanthropic trust and registered NZ charity (CC40774) that distributes funding on behalf of its donors to charitable causes. Promenaid.org sits under The Gift Trust.
How long does it take to participate in a promenaid?
Depends on how fast you walk. Most people finish one under 25 minutes.
How much money can I win in the raffle?
It is a 50/50 raffle, so each month the prize amount depends on how many participants have bought tickets. 50% goes to a local charity and 50% to the winner.
Are the questions hard?
No. All the answers are easily found along the promenaid. All you need to know is how to follow directions, read signs and count items. (ex. How many benches are on this park? or What does the sign say?)

Yes! You can get additional entries on the section above (Get Additional Tickets).
Can I walk to participate a promenaid raffle more than once a week?
No, You can only participate in the raffle once per week via the walking checkpoints.
